Greenshaw and Hays

<p>Kathryn Greenhaw and Michael Hays were married May 27 at Legacy Christian Church in Overland Park.</p>

<p>Reggie L. Epps and John O'Dell conducted the ceremony. Dinner and dancing followed at Lake Quivira Country Club. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Greenhaw of Shawnee. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Coy Hays of Tulsa, Okla.</p>

<p>Sister of the bride, Reilly Greenhaw of Dallas, Texas, was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Betsy Boyer Jones, Katie Biggerstaff, Elizabeth Quinn, Abigail Epps Kluttz, Ashley Karley Ward, Liz Hays and Georgia Hays. The house party included Ashley Miller, Katie Willingham, Beth Gilkerson and Renee Caskey.</p>

<p>The best man was Taylor Gilpin of Tulsa, Okla. Groomsmen were Ryan Wiese, Josh King, Will Greenhaw, Evan Worley, Evan Fitz, Scott Cornish and Tyler Evans.</p>

<p>The bride, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, received a B.A. degree in public relations from Oklahoma State University. The groom, a member of Phi Gamma Delta, received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University. After a wedding trip to Puerto Morales, Mexico, the couple is at home in Raleigh, N.C., where the groom is a systems engineer with CISCO Systems.</p>

Do you think the state should do more to help businesses near K-7 and Johnson Drive as an interchange is constructed?

Given the time the state has had to prepare, I don’t think completing the access road before starting/ closing Johnson Drive is an unreasonable request from these businesses or those of us who patronize them.
