1950-2004
Shawnee
Michael Dice, 53, of Shawnee, died Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Services were Saturday at The Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Burial was at Resurrection Cemetery.
Mr. Dice was born Nov. 27, 1950, in Kansas City, Mo., and lived his entire life in Shawnee. He attended St. Joseph School graduating from St. Joseph High School.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Dice; three sons, Teddy Dice, Terry Dice and David Dice; three daughters, Rosemary Swanson, Mary Beth Dice and Michelle Dice; two brothers, Steven Dice and Daniel Dice; two sisters, Carol Davis and Rosemary Smith; and 18 grandchildren. Arrangements by The Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
