Engagement: Commons-Carmitchel

Pam and Steve Commons of Emporia, Kan., and Carol and Richard Carmitchel of Bonner Springs announce the engagement of their children, Michelle Linn Commons and Chad Jordan Carmitchel.
The bride-to-be, a resident of Lenexa, is a graduate of Emporia High School and the University of Kansas. She is the aquatics manager at the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, Kan.
The groom, a graduate of Basehor-Linwood High School, is a sheet metal worker for Cox Air Systems.
The couple plans a Sept. 9, 2005, wedding at the Old Mission United Methodist Church in Fairway.
