Ambassadors to meet Jan. 8

The Ambassadors, a senior adult group, will meet for a potluck luncheon Jan. 8 at Fellowship Hall in Shawnee United Methodist Church, 10700 Johnson Dr.
The Johnson County Health Department Nurses will check blood pressure 10:30-11:30 a.m. with a 50-cent donation. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. Attendees should bring a covered dish, table service and $1 donation, as well as pop tabs and paper goods to donate to Ronald McDonald House. Bread and beverages are provided.
Following lunch, Jim Stuart will present a program about genealogy, including some videos.
