Shawnee

Marguerite T. Borchardt, 98, Shawnee, died Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Shawnee Gardens Nursing Center. Graveside services were Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Mrs. Borchardt was born March 28, 1909, in Kansas City, Kan. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn H. Borchardt Sr. Survivors include a daughter, Theresa Long of Roeland Park; three sons, Glenn Borchardt Jr. of Merriam; Thomas B. Borchardt of Shawnee; and Steven A. Borchardt of Westwood; 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
