To the editor:

I'd like to respond to Ms. Harris' anger at not being allowed to enter Splash Cove recently with her children (Pool rule panned, July 9).

You knew the rules before you went, so what are you mad at? The rules make sense to me, and I applaud the young person who enforced them. Attending the Shawnee Mission School District has nothing to do with swimming in Shawnee. I think you just don't like being told "No."

I don't see any discrimination here; they just ask that you come with people who live here.
