Festival comes to conclusion

The four-day 2008 Old Shawnee Days festival is in the books.
Despite windy conditions and the threat of rain, thousands of people again turned out Sunday for the final day of the annual tribute to Shawnee's past.
The day was highlighted by the performances of a Johnny Cash tribute band: He Wears Black.
