Maranatha baseball set for regionals

The Maranatha Academy baseball team will begin play in the Class 2-1A regional playoffs at 2 p.m. Monday at home against. Valley Falls.
Maranatha earned the No. 4 seed in the tournament with a 5-7 record. Valley Falls, the No. 5 seed, is 4-11.
If Maranatha wins, it will play at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Park in Lyndon against No. 1 Lyndon (10-6). The championship game will follow at 7 p.m.
