Broadmoor to host renowned baking chef

The Broadmoor Bistro will host renowned baking chef Elizabeth Falkner as part of the Wysong Family & James Beard Foundation Lecture series.
Falkner will work with Kansas City James Beard Award Winner Chef Celina Tio of Kansas City's Julian restaurant.
The Chefs will be at Broadmoor on March 30.
A meal prepared by Broadmoor's culinary arts students under the supervision of Falkner and Tio will be served out of Broadmoor's state of the art kitchen.
Reservations are required for the event and can be made at www.broadmoorbistro.org. Tickets are $50 per person.
The Wysong Family and James Beard Foundation Lecture Seriese is funding by the Wysong Family Foundation for the benefit of Broadmoor Technical School Culinary Arts & Commerical Baking program.
