MVHS scholars hit the airwaves in Quest Competition

A group of Mill Valley High School students are hitting the airwaves for a Quest.
The school's scholar's bowl team of Alex McWhirt, Daniel Tracy, Ian Waters, Bryant Webb, Jeff Wilson and Zachary Zarnstorff, will compete against the Manhattan High School scholar's bowl team on KTWU 11 at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 21.
The two schools are among the top 16 high school teams to advance to the finals of the Quest Competition.
In December schools from across the state competed in the Quest Competition at Washburn University answering questions on art, literature, history, math and science.
The televised competitions will be show each week until the finals In May.
Air dates for the competition are:
KTWU 11, 11 a.m. Sunday, March 21
KTWU Enhance, 2 p.m. Sunday, March 21 (repeat of 11 a.m. show)
KTWU HD, 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 26 (repeat)
KTWU Enhance, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27 (repeat)
KPTS, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 8 (repeat)
