Old Shawnee Days festival starts next week

Old Shawnee Days is just around the corner, with this year’s festival planned for June 2 through June 5 at Shawnee Town 1929.
The parade is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4, in downtown Shawnee.
The Shawnee Dispatch is dedicating its June 1 edition to Old Shawnee Days — be sure to pick up a copy next week for a map, a full entertainment schedule and stories about the event.
