Dollar Tree now open at Shawnee Village
Workers put finishing touches on the façade of Dollar Tree, 6445 Quivira Road, which had its grand opening Oct. 1. The store is located in the Shawnee Village shopping center, Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira Road, which was purchased this summer by Overland Park-based Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies LLC.
Dollar Tree is now open in the Shawnee Village shopping center, which came under new ownership this summer.
The 9,500-square-foot Dollar Tree, 6445 Quivira Road, had its grand opening on Oct. 1. Shawnee Village, situated at the southeast corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira Road, covers 132,000 square feet and is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory.
Overland Park-based Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies LLC announced it had purchased the center in June.
According to the Henzlik-Oliver’s website, the company’s primary goal is to “develop, purchase and own high quality, well located retail property.” Henzlik-Oliver owns properties in nine states.
