Real estate offices rebrand as Better Homes & Gardens

Two local real estate offices are affected by Prudential Kansas City Realty’s decision to switch its franchise affiliation to the Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Network.
On Dec. 5, the company became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes — the brand’s first franchisee in the state of Kansas.
Affected offices in Shawnee are Emma Heckart-Young’s office at 5602 Hall St. and Bob and Sherri Hines’ office at 22515 W. 60th St. in the Grey Oaks subdivision.
