Shawnee resident receives degree from Rochester college
Alexander Tingle of Shawnee graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., the college recently announced.
Tingle received a bachelor of fine arts degree in industrial design in the summer 2012 quarter.
