SMNW wrestlers victorious on senior night

The Shawnee Mission Northwest wrestling team earned a 49-16 senior night victory against Olathe East on Jan. 23. Mills Amunatigui, Brian Morelan, Reed Bowker, Colton Almos, Alex Quinn, LaPhonso McKinnis, Zack Newcomb, Mario Galvan and Thomas Hutton all earned victories for the Cougars.
On Saturday, SM Northwest traveled to the Junction City Wrestling Invitational, where Almos led the way with a third-place finish and the Cougars finished 10th out of 16 teams.
