Sean Andrew Dow, a former music teacher at Funky Munky Music in Shawnee, is accused of molesting two female students, and possibly more. Dow, 27, of Overland park faces two felony charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in Johnson County District Court following investigations by the Shawnee Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office.
