Services for Cynthia Ann Peterson, 53, of Bonner Springs, were Monday, Jan 12, at Alden- Harrington Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kansas City, Kan.
Miss Peterson died Friday, Jan. 9, 2009, at her home.
She was born Sept. 6, 1955, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Leonard and Doris Peterson. She and was a life long area resident.
Miss Peterson graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in 1973 and received an associate of arts degree from Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho. She worked in retail and clerical positions and most recently at ARMA in Overland Park. She enjoyed traveling and was the family photographer.
Survivors include her mother, Doris Peterson, of the home; and two sisters, Janice Paterson, Lenexa, and Marilyn Bergman Bethany, Okla.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, sent in care of the funeral home, 214 Oak St., Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
