Finding little cause to smile in the early figures, Dan Pflumm looked over the early results Tuesday night at Johnny's Tavern in Shawnee. Pflumm, who retains his Ward I seat on the City Council, lost his bid for mayor to incumbent Jeff Meyers, 3,585 to 2,158.
