The Great Plains 4-H Club presented "The Trial of Mother Goose" to the younger classes at Maranatha Academy Friday. Rebekkah Boxx (left) of Olathe portrayed Little Miss Muffet, who argued in the trial how Mother Goose dangled a spider next to her. Mother Goose, played by Anna Ladd (second from right) of Shawnee, was accused of portraying her nursery rhyme characters in a negative light. The case was dismissed and Mother Goose was set free.
