The Shawnee Downtown Partnership presented the 4th annual Scarecrow Festival Saturday. Pumpkin decorating was one of the fun items for kids, sponsored WonderScope. Allison Pham, 5, concentrated carefully on the design on her small pumpkin with a big marker.
