Quantrill's Shawnee raids were 'practice for the big one'

Before he raided Lawrence, notorious bushwhacker William Quantrill hit Shawnee -- twice. The outlaw James brothers were among his gang, and soon-to-be-famous lawman Wild Bill Hicock wasn't far away.
