SMNW boys soccer plays Olathe South to 2-2 tie
The Shawnee Mission Northwest boys soccer team played Olathe South to a 2-2 tie on Tuesday. Edy Alvarado blasted a shot that deflected off of an Olathe South defender and into the back of the net to give the Cougars a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute. The Falcons answered with goals in the 14th and 56th minutes before Cole Slack netted the equalizer for the Cougars in the 76th.
