Celebration at the seminary

Close to 200 people turned out Friday, April 8, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Central Baptist Theological Seminary, 6601 Monticello Road in Shawnee. The event — which included remarks from seminary and city leaders, testimonials from seminary students and live music performances — celebrated the completion of the seminary's new Baugh-Marshall Chapel, Hatcher Heritage Hall and library.
