Andrew Moritz, 7 of Shawnee, shows off some of the books he read this summer to get to his goal of 400 books. He started out with a goal of reading 100 books to be like his cousin. Once Moritz reached his first goal, he kept increasing it for a challenge.

What’s your favorite place in Shawnee, and why?
“The magic bike path (75th and Pflumm) winds lazily through water and trees. I feel like I’m in fairy tale land!”
